I found I had a lot of energy during my recent 72hr fast. From my understanding, you don’t really need special electrolyte formula for a 48hr fast, Himalayas salt will do.When you feel hungry or lacking energy, have a small pinch of salt, worked for me.Depending on how fat adapted your body is, the first couple fasts might be challenging. To curb this, have a few keto meals the days leading up to the fast.
