Multivitamins/Superfood blends/ Greens supplements - is it even practical?

Theres alot of high end and comprehensive multis and greens supplements like outlive 100 and athletic greens, which seem to cover all ur vitamin/mineral needs in one easy shake/pill.

But is this even a good idea?

Like im not sure on the science but can u even absorb everything if your blasting ur body with everything in one go, surely some things get missed out/not absorbed ?

Is it better to have different supplements (or just eat the right foods, which is a pain to get em in daily) for different things spread throughout the day, or is it fine to take everything in one go?

Answer

You don’t need any vitamin supplementation when you’re eating a varied, whole diet. No need to get everything all the time…studies show clearly that vitamin supplements have no real benefit for all cause mortality. They can’t replace veggies and fruits.
