I’m seeing that all of the very high % DV vitamins are water soluble. Having very high dosages of water soluble vitamins, like b-12, is common because it ensures you absorb a good amount (you will not absorb the full amount it states is in each vitamin), and any excess will be excreted in your urine so it’s not really a concern.
The one thing that seems slightly odd to me is the 100mcg of selenium. Selenium is actually a vitamin that you can overdose on, however as long as you don’t eat a lot of selenium rich foods (like Brazil nuts) on the daily you should be fine.
TL;DR: it’s fine, the high amounts are just to ensure a minimum absorption
Might not kill you, but it’ll probably do more harm than good. Multivitamins in general are not well-evidenced, and this one seems worse than average.
Assess your dietary intake on cronometer and only supplement what you can’t get from food.
