Does muscle growth is even better on dry fasted state, if you train on dry fasted state on 20 hour mark compared to water fast, and also is there increase on testosterone levels?
I believe (this is an hypothesis which is based on in vitro data) that water restriction could upregulate the enzyme that is involved in steroidogenesis and which is the “rate-limiting enzyme” (CYP11A1).
I advise vitamin K2 as it seems to be involved in testosterone metabolism and could help against osmotic stress (which happens when you restrict fluid/water).
