In my past fasting experience, BP always returns to normal after 2-3 days fasting, so this should ultimately result in normal blood pressure and reduced weight via rolling 48s or 72s. I thought this up a while back, but finally decided to implement it this week.
This is fascinating. I am currently struggling with hypertensive crisis type numbers. My doctor keeps increasing my medication without any effect, but doesn’t seem to care about WHY they are high beyond saying that I should lose weight. (I am overweight but not obese.) I’d love to know more about what you’ve experienced with specific numbers. Systolic vs diastolic etc. I have been doing regular 48 hour fasts (once or twice a week) but haven’t seen the number change.
