You can do it! I’ve done a few 4.5 day fasts and the only issue I’ve ever had was thinking about food because of boredom. Just distract yourself with anything you can! Also, remember that hunger comes in waves, so if you can “survive” the 1-2h of hunger pangs, you’re golden for like 12 more hours. Rinse and repeat. You’ve got this! 💪

Thanks everyone for the encouragement. I really did need help. I do not have anyone in my family or circle of friends who fasts. I wish for their own health the would adopt fasting more because I can see how addicted to the American diet they are…

I made it 4.5 days fasting with just black coffee, green and black tea and electrolytes. Also a couple of sips of diet 7up. I live in Florida and I noticed any time I went outside I felt a bit foggy and hazy after the third day because of the insane heat.

Results lost 6.3 lbs and hit about a 10 level of ketones per my strips. Weight loss wasn’t my objective because I’m tall and slim but rather cleansing and cell repair from a recent surgery I had with a long recovery period where I had to be more inactive. Upvotes in everyone’s comments !
