Im on day for of my 6 days water fast. I woke up and felt weak and i have nausea that comes and go. I drank a little water and took my electrolytes, but i still feel weak. I ALMOST broke my fast because my brain is playing mind games. I went to my fridge and saw a honey melon, and i grabbed it and was ready to cut it and eat it, but i quickly realized that it wasnt going to be worth it, so i put it back in the fridge.
I have only 2 days to go. 2 days!!! Can you people please motivate me? Im GOING to complete this 6 day fast no matter what. Then i can really enjoy the holidays with all the amazing melons, fruits and amazing foods. And also, everytime i break a fast because i think im hungry, it’s NEVER worth it. After one bite i regret it so bad.
I could take any advice on how to feel better or what to do.
Your body is trying to tell you something. If one of your reasons for fasting is health, you need to stop the fast, get your health in order, and figure out what it is you need to different next time.
I don’t know in what scenario it would be a good idea to continue fasting when something clearly isn’t right. Maybe you want to train for the apocalypse or some kind of death camp, or prove something to yourself, or someone else. In that case, there probably isn’t anything anyone can do or say.
