I just broke a 2 day fast, by eating a handful of pistachios. But now I am getting waves of nausea that get worst when I stand up. I thought I’d been pretty good about staying hydrated but now I’m not sure, I drank over a liter of water this morning before breaking my fast. I’ve fasted for a day or two in the past and this hasn’t happened before.
probably need to eat more food.
I just woke up from a 38 hr fast and felt weak and very warm (started to sweat).
Right away I ate a pear and a few spoonfuls of some chili I made.
Felt better within the hour
