Im doing pure water fasting, meaning no tea no coffee, no snake juice, nothing but pure water. I feel good but I am noticing I am extremely tired and feel weak in the sense of getting winded easier and body soreness and a desire to sleep all day. I was planning on only doing 48 hrs but am feeling able to keep going. My absurd amount of peeing has gone down which is nice. My only concern is the 8 hour shift i have tonight.
My job is pretty physically demanding and I work in a restaurant so hopefully that doesn’t trigger any hunger pangs because so far I haven’t dealt with any too unbearable.
Electrolytes are key. IME 24 hours w/o electrolytes leave me feeling fine. Anything over that I experience exhaustion, dizziness, headaches, and quick movement can result in fainting. Please consider breaking your fast and when you start again incorporate salt, magnesium and potassium. Be careful with your work shift.
