26 hour and 37 minutes in.
My last meal was actually a belated mothers day lunch with mumsy (obvs). And it kept me full that whole day until bed. Woke up fine and hunger has be minimal - except for one tiny blep where I really wanted pizza.
I’ve actually had a headache these last 26 hours (unrelated to the fast) so It’s been too hard to even think of eating, or doing much of anything. Painkillers haven’t helped, yet. So that’s about it in terms of a ‘first’ day. I imagine tomorrow may be a little harder in terms of hunger. Thankfully, I literally have nothing to eat in the house to tempt me. I’m a poor student (;
Goodluck to all the others who are also fasting and/or trying to achieve 120 hours as I am!
EDIT: I forgot to mention, I am making an effort not to weigh myself daily until 120 is reached. This is just a small personal goal as when I was strength training it was a bit demotivating.
Great job! Im 40 hours in at the moment, and feeling great as well. I know I aimed for 48hrs, but Im thinking of extending it til friday noon. Its seems so easy, I want to know how it feels when I really need to challenge myself. Also Ive lost 5,8 pounds overnight, which is just insane. I know its mostly (if not all) waterweight, but its still a great motivation.
