Started PSMF about a week ago. Found out I needed to make weight for a fire academy sooner than I thought. Dropped about 10 pounds in a week. Currently sitting at 229 and I need to get to 220 or 216 depending on what height I make.
I have to weigh in Wednesday, I feel like shit. I feel weak, but I want to make weight so I don’t have to go back and weigh in and can continue training.
I am wondering if I should stay the course? I was thinking about doing a fast for a few days.
Is this a realistic goal? I am thinking of using bone broth as well. And I have fasted before. Longest has been 24 hours.

So basically a minimal of 9lbs, possibly 13 by Wednesday?I would say it’s very possible, but you might need to dedicate some stage 2 cardio during these time frames. Today is Saturday, so you can do 4 days easily. I don’t know if you’ll burn that much, but i can tell you if you don’t try, you def won’t make it. Might as well give it a shot right?
