Need guidance and motivation

I started IF mid-Jan of this year and have been consistently doing 16:8 (except for a few days in between when I was very sick). I have only lost 3 pounds so far and feel very demotivated. I like the IF lifestyle and it has helped with my energy levels and mood overall. So I don’t want to give up IF but the slow weight loss is very depressing esp when I see people lose more than 10 pounds sometimes in a matter of months.

SW: 155 CW: 152 (fluctuates to 151) GW: 130. ht: 5 ft 1in. I put on a lot of weight post-second baby and after stopping breastfeeding. I found out I had hypothyroidism in Nov 2022 and got that fixed and under control. I do heavy weight lifting once a week and try to get walks in everyday. Has anyone else experienced this? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Now I use other units of weight. But 155 isn’t that much, it also varies a lot on the height off people, so carry it better than us shorter people.

If possible, throw in a nice walk in the evenings. The sun is coming out more here in the northern hemisphere, the weather is getting warmer and overall. It is just going to be an amazing spring, much like the spring in your steps soon OP.
