I like listening to podcasts like “Intermittent fasting stories” and “fasting for life.” Just start at episode 1 and listen when you have any free time. Also, the next time you are feeling like it is getting tough, just open up your eating window a bit rather than quitting. Slow and steady is the way to go.

Electrolytes, bcaas, salt, coffee/tea keep me from feeling pukey or too crabby.
I’m hoping after 3 days I’ll get used to it like before when i was on the band wagon.
