Need help, motivation to lose weight

I am 24M, and my weight issue has been a roller coaster ride. I’ve done IF before. 2021 was a hard year for me. In January I was 91 kg and then I worked out and lost 10 kg, but then gained back the 90 kg, I’ve lost motivation and my job isn’t a typical 9-5 job as I work in the aviation industry which means no proper schedules. How can I implement a IF diet? Most importantly any advice or motivation? Thanks

I like listening to podcasts like “Intermittent fasting stories” and “fasting for life.” Just start at episode 1 and listen when you have any free time. Also, the next time you are feeling like it is getting tough, just open up your eating window a bit rather than quitting. Slow and steady is the way to go.

Same boat as you. I just come here for motivation tbh.

Electrolytes, bcaas, salt, coffee/tea keep me from feeling pukey or too crabby.

I’m hoping after 3 days I’ll get used to it like before when i was on the band wagon.

If I fail this time, i’ll repeat the same protocol with keto.
