I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life, I’m almost 29 now and have always been very active (soccer resistance training golf)
I’m currently my heaviest 30%+Fat 240/16 stone, what’s the best method for me to get under 200 pounds again? I have all the knowledge but can’t for the life of me apply it.I seem to have a serious food addiction, it’s my only vice
Where do I start? Any help or tips is greatly appreciated
For me it is the mental game I am very much a believer in being the master of my domain. Me. My most successful results are 48,48, 72 hour fasts with one meal on those days. Did that for 4 months, lost 80 # blood pressure and blood numbers were Fabulous. I stated this 2 weeks ago after a a year or so not fasting

I did exactly this in my 40s. I was 250 lbs, and was able to get my weight to under 200 pounds in just over 6 months. I was doing OMAD and trying to consume no more than 1800 calories per day, and that was combined with exercise 5 days a week that included 30 - 45 minutes of cardio and another 30 - 45 minutes of weight lifting.
While the exercise definitely helps, that majority of the weight loss was accomplished through OMAD and the calorie restricted diet.
