Need help with fasting window on an unstable schedule

Hi, all! I decided I wanted to try fasting in the new year to help with my body goals but I have a few concerns. I’m a university student that also works retail. I want to try the 18-6 method or OMAD. I would like to just pick a consistent 6 hr window to eat but with my schedule I may be on campus or at work during any given time frame. Since my job is fairly physical, I’m worried about getting woozy at work since I won’t be able to have any electrolytes on hand. Anyone have any suggestions for making this work or have any beginner-friendly suggestions for fasting on an inconsistent work/home life? Thanks in advance 😊

I have a very very inconsistent schedule. I just got back into the IF wagon. My job requires physical and mental demands. Your mind can control a lot, just pick a window and stick to it. No excuses! You got this!
