Day 5 of IF and I cannot seem to focus. I have an extremely stressful job. Does anyone have any advice for what has worked for you to remain focussed while fasted? My eating window starts in 3.5 hours.
Focus on your “why” when you start to struggle and want to end your fast early. I started off at 14 hours and added 15 minutes to my fast time every day until I was over 18 hours. I eat whole grains when I can and drink about a gallon of water each day. That helps keep me feeling full usually.
