The usual tricks involves getting a little exercise, drinking some water, and just staying busy so your mind isn’t on it.

At the same time… I don’t know your typical patterns or how long you’ve been doing this, but 43 hours is still a pretty good fast!

On another note….Most people who come to this thread are already motivated.

So if you hit a wall assume it’s physical 1st. Drink water with electrolytes 1st. 2nd Tea or coffee next.

3rd clean the garage, closet whatever.

If your body is still saying eat. Then listen to your body. Eat a couple of meals 6 hours apart and go back to fasting.

Look up a video about the benefits of fasting STAT! There is nothing like refocusing on why you are doing it and really appreciating how far you have come. Keep going to get all those immunity benefits! Your brain is getting cleaned up of folded and broken proteins through autophagy warding off Alzheimers in the future. Keep it up! Eat some salt and drink some water.
