Need some advice for energy

I’m a teacher, and In the summer when I’m not working I find it a lot easier to go all day without eating (obviously cus I’m not exerting as much energy) but when I work I’m moving around a lot, and dealing with kids, and even yelling (cus I’m in a very big space.) I never really fasted on purpose during the school year but I want to try, and the 2 or 3 times I had to skip lunch for some reason I do feel like I am low energy at towards the middle/end of the day. Anything I can take that can help with that? Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

I can only speak for myself but I am also a teacher and eventually my body adapted to only eating after work. I felt a bit of hunger for the first few days but eventually felt fine. You could do it for a few days in a row and see how you feel, or just have a light meal or snack in the early afternoon if it is that bad. Also - coffee helps!

The main reason I switched to omad actually is because I felt sluggish after eating. Dealing with 12-15 year olds with a belly full of food was very difficult. I actually find that now I have more energy, though sometimes it’s a bit of a frenetic energy.
