I am 22 F SW:153 GW: 125 - I have been doing IF for 3 full days. I do 16:8 - I also workout everyday for about an hour. I’m used to eating about a 1600 calories due to my TDEE = 2400 calories. I’m having a hard time hitting my calorie goal in 8 hours. Is it okay if I’m hitting less than? Or will that make me not loose weight as fast?
Calculate that tdee at the “sedentary” level and work from that number. The extra calories you use up exercising you only eat back in emergencies. You want your body dipping into reserves to do muscle repair and fat burn
