F28, SW 183, CW 171, GW 135, 20-4 and ADF. I have been stuck on a platue for 3 weeks now and I need help bumping it. 😫 I have been debating dropping sugar and actually intentionally working out. I think my weekend is sabotaging me as well. I do 20-4 Monday, Wed, Friday and ADF Tuesday and Thursday. With Sunday and Saturday being free. Any suggestions?
Do resistance training 3 or 4 times per week, not cardio. But cardio is better than sitting around doing nothing, of course.
Eat as close to zero carbs as possible, and eat 135g of real, whole food, 100% bioavailable protein (that’s to say meat, not plant protein or protein powders) every day if 135lbs is how much you want to weigh
