Eat as close to zero total carbs as you can every day, eat 150g of animal protein every day, and add healthy saturated fat to your food. Don’t drink any calories.
If you live this way you can basically eat as much as you want, whenever you want, and you will naturally fall into an intermittent fasting window without needing to plan it, and any excess body fat will start coming off, but you will keep your lean body mass intact, which you need to do, for many reasons.
If you just calorie restrict then you run a very good chance of losing lean body mass and body fat together, which you never want to do.
Good luck!
Using a calorie calculator and assuming your 5’10” it’s saying you should be at 2,027 calories for Weight loss for example. search for one and put in your details. I would continue with the Keto if you can and add the 16:8 IF.
As for exercise and your weight I’d do some light weights if you have some at home and/or just walking for 15-20 minutes/a day.
