Hi team, I fell of the band wagon HARD but I am ready to jump back into IF after a pretty long break. I would love to hear some of your FAVOURITE benefits of practicing IF and what it has improved in your life
It works is my favorite.
I dropped 70 last year by fasting. Like you I fell off, I put 30 back from September to new years. I started back on 1/2 and am already down over 12. I look at the time off as proof fasting is my best solution to weight loss and maintenance.
My skin gets better (clearer), even after just a few days!
Also it’s less likely for me to overeat.
Plus the weight loss for sure! (but I wasn’t long enough into it to lose it in the long run)
But also that I don’t focus on food as much, which frees my mind and allows me to be calmer and more rational when it comes to food and food choices.
