Just go easy on yourself, it won’t be super easy at first, but gets better quickly. If you mess up, just get back to it, cause it will happen! You got this :)
I really only struggle when I wake up in the middle of the night super hungry. Sometimes I can’t fall back to sleep because the hunger feels so intense. I usually just chug a bunch of water which helps. Otherwise, if I am keeping myself busy then I can fast wayyy longer!
