đź‘‹ the longest I have fasted is 24 hours. I really want to go longer but I always break down. I work a lot so I think that has something to do with it. I usually only drink water but have read in here that people take certain vitamins and hydration supplements. Could you recommend some to pick up before I try and push past 24 hours. Thanks

Nothing super special. I find coffee and matcha help me with any hunger pangs. For supplements while fasting I’ll sip on “no salt” and Himalayan salt throughout the day, and finish my night off by adding some magnesium powder in my tea to help me sleep! You don’t need to buy expensive pre-mixed supplements and from my experience they work no better than the simple stuff! Good luck
