I’m 32 166 Lb. I have been on 22:2 for a week now with light workout daily. I dont see any change in scale. I have hypothyroidism. I feel demotivated. Does any one have suggestions or tips.
Is your hypothyroidism controlled with Synthroid or a similar medication? If not, it can impede weight loss and affect you negatively in a variety of ways.
I’ve had hypothyroidism for many years culminating with a thyroidectomy last year. I’ve been in modes where my thyroid was low and it can be challenging. Getting your levels straight is pretty important.
