I was a happy 190 lb with rolling 48s, 72 every couple of weeks and free-for-all weekends before the lockdowns. I have tried almost every week to restart for the last year and have gone up to the heaviest weight in my life, 290lb. I’m starting with a 48 and will check back next week for accountability.
I need support too, I’m at my highest too around the same weight.
I refuse to let myself get to 300 that just terrifies me. Time to start fasting and develop better eating habits to get healthy again!

I had a similar situation as well. I went from 295 to 208 back in 2018. It’s been a rough go the last year and bounced back to 260. On Aug 8th I decided I was done with being overweight, and started EF. I do a rolling 72/96 every week now. I eat on Tuesdays and Saturdays and walk about 5 miles a day. Since starting this on the 8th I have gone from 260 to 233 so far. Going to get down to 175 to account for the bounce back 10 pounds.
