So you could eat a few great steaks until you’re full and that would work. When you feel hungry during fasting put salt directly under your tongue, hunger will pass.
I want to lose 50 pounds in 30 days. I just started the following - Dry fast for 70 hours, hydrate with snake juice for 2 hours and repeat. Refeed every 10-15 pounds lost. During refeed only consume food and snake juice equivalent to a quarter of the weight you have lost. For example if you lost 12 pounds you can eat and drink 3 pounds of food and snake juice. Then roll straight into the next dry fast.
