New Faster 16/8 need guidance on a few things.

So I just started my 16/8 a few days ago. Slowly working my diet into something that is more healthy overall, but immediately cutting down on sugars. So far I have been able to stay committed. I spoke to my Dr. before I started and they think it’s a good idea and I get bloodwork this week so that will help keep things in check.

One thing I have noticed is that uh, I’m not as regular as I used to be.

I was thinking maybe fiber supplements might help or is my body just adjusting and I should stick it out?

Also, I was looking for some tips on calorie-dense foods that also fit into a good fat-burning diet. I know Keto is very popular but does anyone have any particular dishes they like or rely on?

I have been able to cut out sugar pretty well, all though it’s tough to avoid it sometimes due to the nature of the US and how much is put in their foods.

I don’t wanna post stats out of privacy but can provide if it is needed to give guidance.

Also if anyone has any at-home workout tips, particularly strength training, I’m trying to avoid COVID exposure but I wanna start lifting again.
