New fasting diet, any advice?

So I want to start a new fasting diet.

I have created my own diet and just wondered if anyone has any advice or can see a problem in the diet I’m about to do.

The diet:

Fasting for 20 days. Eating for 10 days.

Whilst fasting for 20 days, minimum exercise is mandatory and green tea (no sugar) water plus vitamins (tablet) is allowed.

Squats x36 Press ups x15 Crunches x 60

Eating for 10 days, maximum exercise is mandatory and food has to be healthy (none processed)

Example: Porridge with fruit. Poached egg on wholemeal toast. Boild chicken breast with brocoli and carrots.

No eating past 9pm.

Exercise: 2 mile jog or 3 mile walk. Squats x100 Press ups x100 Crunches x100 Plank - 2 mins

What do you think?

Is this too extreme or does it look reasonable for someone that weighs 18st and is completely unfit?

Let me know in the comments if you think this will do the job or I will just hurt myself..

Cheers.

So are you looking to do 20 straight days fasting and then 10 days of eating? Or do you just mean like a mix of fasting and then eating? Regardless, while fasting, it is common knowledge that you should not overdo exercise. I think it mostly just depends on how you’re doing it. If you did 20 straight days then I personally would not do any hard exercise. Mostly just walking for an hour and a half a day or so. Nothing crazy. Just be careful and listen to your body if you start getting dizzy or nauseous!

I agree with healthy food (non processed) on your feeding days, but I’d be careful to not go too low on calories on these days. You want your BMR to be as high as it can when you go into fasting. If you really are going to fast 2/3 of your days, you’ll be in such a large deficit overall that you really shouldn’t worry too much how much you eat (if it’s healthy) on the days you eat.
