Personally I find that itâs way easier to skip breakfast than dinner, because I have a lot of trouble falling asleep hungry. So I also eat from 12 to 5-7pm depending on the day (my last meal of the day is almost always a communal one so the end of my window really just depends on when the food is ready lol). But really the most important thing is to do whatever works for you in terms of what you can actually stick with. Fit your window around your lifestyle so itâs as easy as possible to maintain. I started to drink black coffee in the mornings too, about 3 weeks ago. The idea is to restrict daily calories but moreso to reset the body into a fasting âhungryâ state where the body loses weight and also you are not deprived because you will eat later. if I have a breakfast or a milky coffee I am not restricting my diet enough. I have a black coffee made of coffee beans. My tip is I add a bit of cold water when before I would have added cold milk.
