I am pretty new to fasting, a month or so in. This is my daily routine now:
Wake up at 9 AM every day
Work till 6 PM
6PM - make my first meal of the day, after that hit gym (on weekdays)
9 PM or around that have my second meal, after that I am done eating for the day
1 AM - go to sleep
I still drink a cup (maybe two) of coffee during 9 - 6 with milk, so not complete fasting I guess, but so far I am feeling really good like that. I used to get really sleepy after I eat lunch and felt foggy. Feel like it is really useful if you just want to have complete focus on work during daytime.
Anyone else having similar fasting routine haha?
I’m 74 hours in to my fast and going to keep it rolling to day 4. I have busy days between work, working out, and personal life/routine. So day 4 should be a breeze. I’ll be interested to see if I’m up for 5 days. I’m just fasting and drinking water.
Get rid of the milk! I know it is hard to let go of but that’s definitely breaking your fast. Congrats on the progress. I find like you have that I’m more focused, better mood, just feels more clean. With the added long term health benefits on top of it as well
