Hi guys, I have been doing intermittent fasting for only about a week and i am visibly thinner already. I was already thin just wanted to lose a few pounds. I also have cut out sugar, processed foods and most carbs (following dr berg’s advice) I love how it’s made me feel inside and its made my skin glowing so I want to keep it up for the health benefits but I can’t afford to lose anymore fat and I actually want to gain muscle, I suppose I should increase calories in my eating window but I’m simply not hungry enough, shall I add more carbs or protein? Thanks
Fat is the easiest way to up your calories. If you eat dairy just putting some full fat cheese on stuff will add a good amount of calories to a meal.
Also you can always drink your calories if you’re struggling with eating enough.
