New to fasting, help appreciated

Hi I’m a 20 year old 5’5 male 140lb. I’d like to drop to 130lbs and keep it off. I’ve been trying to IM fast the last few weeks and finally feel up to a 7 day water fast (or until my body says otherwise). Started Sunday at around midnight, how much will I realistically lose if I complete my fast? I know I’m not too out of shape for my height so the weight will come off differently than others + genetics and that stuff. I’m not really working out or moving around too much because I’ve never fasted like this before so I’m saving incorporating cardio into my fast for another time; basically just resting and keeping hydrated this week. I want to use this fast as a way to start a better diet, tho it will be hard once I go back to college next week.

Felt this 20 year old male in college as well. Just did a 3 day water fast. You’re doing it correctly in my opinion. You’ll probably lose around 10-15 pounds if I had to guess. But I’m trying a dr sebi vegan diet right now after coming off my fast. Everything’s been great but I’m having a little bit of poo problems ( tmi Ik) but you got this. If dieting is super inconvenient then you probably won’t do it. But if you’re willing to try you’ll great. Good luck. Namaste 🙏☀️
