As the title says, I’d love some input on what drinks I can have that won’t break my fast. I’m trying 16/8, if that matters.
Water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, and some 0 calorie electrolyte drinks.
I like to buy a tub of 0 calorie electrolyte power to have on hand when fasting. There’s a ton of options for this on Amazon so I like to switch it up to have different flavors.
