I jst started my weight loss journey on Sept 6th, I started doing CICO at 282 lbs. I recently weighed myself, now I weigh 260 lbs after 3 months of CICO. I want to continue doing CICO and I’ve been hearing v good things abt pairing IF w it & gut health. Can someone point me in the right direction?
I love Jason Fung, but I have also been reading the book “fast, feast, repeat” from the library and find it more of a how-to book than the advice Jason gives, although Dr Fung is amazing at explaining the science of why it works. I also like the “Fasting for Life” podcast.

this podcast is a very good introduction, doesn’t require any existing knowledge about IF. It’s pretty lengthy, but well worth a listen
