TL;DR: 18 y/o male, CW 225 lbs GW 175 lbs, sedentary but wanting to do light workout, 16:8+Keto, mid-low money, looking for advice.
Hello all! This is my first day starting intermittent fasting. I am an 18 y/o male, 5’ 8”, currently weighing 225 lbs with a goal weight of 175 lbs. I do very little excercise during the week, but I am looking to move to a light home workout plan (I own a stationary bike and weights). My plan is to do 16:8 until I reach my goal weight, eating as keto as possible during the 8 hour food window. I am currently a college student and money is not my strong suit. However, there is a couple of days where I may not be home at all during my food window.
Any advice about cheap out-of-house and at-home meals, light home workouts, and how/what I should be eating during the week would be very helpful. Thank you!

If you have access to the freezer, just wait for stuff to go on sale and stock up a bunch. Like if I ever see big trays of chicken breast marked down for less then $2 a pound just throw a bunch in the freezer. See also for frozen vegetables.
Bodyweight routines are a great way to get started. I personally recommend the one by Hybrid Calisthenics because he goes into all the variations depending for different ability levels, but I began with literally just this goofy infographic one.
