Recently started this new way of living because 1500 calories is hard alone but giving me an 8 hour eating window makes it much easier to stay in my calories. Yesterday I only consumed 900 cals…and was actually full. (I have issues where my stomach doesn’t give me a full signal to my brain so it shocked me when it did) My question would be Is this normal to eat so little in the window? I’m on day 9 as of today. Yesterday was day 8 and I still have 5 hours before I can eat again and I’m still feel full. Thank you for any comments.
It’s hard to say without knowing your age, height, etc. 900 calories in a day are not sustainable for almost anyone, though. Make sure you find your BMR (basal metabolic rate), consider your activity level (exercise, etc.) and try to get the calories and nutrients your body needs.
Thats super low, as long as its not an every day thing though, you’re fine. I find if I have a lot Fri/Sat (I don’t track those days, but loosely keep to an IF schedule), by the time I hit 18hrs Sunday and have my normal lunch, I don’t wind up having dinner cause its so late in the day
