New to this sub!

I saw a post about no food December and I want to try that for January but I have a medication I have to take with food. I was thinking of OMAD and was hoping to get some tips and tricks and how to do it.

Best time to eat? How to nail macros in one? Vegetarian recipes?

This past week I’ve been skipping breakfast and trying intermittent fasting as a stepping stone so I can get comfortable with the feeling of being hungry.

I’ve been doing OMAD for the last 25 days, for me I work from 12-midnight. I drink coffee throughout the morning / early afternoon and I eat my single meal from 5-6 pm. I haven’t really been limiting carbs but I don’t really eat sweets, my dessert has been two oranges or clementines a day. Idk if I’m really answering your questions but I’m happy to help if I can 💙
