Good afternoon, I regularly practice intermittent fasting and after the new year I wanted to give the dry fasting a try do any of you recall any differences between dry fasting and regular intermittent fasting?
They don’t compare. Be more specific if you want a less general answer…
Major differences. Dry fasting is very heavy on the body and will deplete your electrolyte stores and what not but you get insane rejuvenation, autophagy. It’s basically clean house. It’s done to heal the body and even the mind.
Intermittent fasting is like a lifestyle choice, can be done pretty much all the time.
