What is consensus on flavoured water during fast? No added sugar or sweetener, but somehow 30 calories a can
I would say, get used to plain water now. black coffee and black tea.
For me I have my green-tea with 1 cream and 1 honey while in my eating window, when im not in my eating period , no sugar or cream, just plain black coffee or tea or water.
where are those 30 cals coming from?
According to my partner, who got me into fasting, and has done more research than I, says that cumulative calories consumed while fasting should be kept under 50 calories during the fasting period to keep you in zone of fasting benefits.
