I just started 16:8 too! I’m a week in and the first few days were very tough but I can already feel my body starting to adjust; and while I’m still pretty hungry in the mornings, my stomach isn’t yelling at me untilthe 16th hour. In fact the past two days I’ve ended up doing 17:7 because of being out and about when my window was supposed to start and it wasn’t too bad.
I like to start the morning with cold water and kind of challenge myself to see how long I can resist coffee. If I can go an hour and a half before making coffee, then I’m halfway there and can sip on that for another hour and a half! Black coffee was a weird transition but I’ve been doing a French press with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dash of salt in it.
