Next 5 lbs

Looking for some tips and tricks to help me with the next 5 lbs. I definitely feel like I’m plateauing after 30 lbs down, I have been maintaining for a few weeks now. What has everyone tried or what works for you guys? Eating two times a day within 8 hours.

The last/next five are the hardest to lose because as you shed weight your body’s TDEE is reduced. So, you’ll have to cut even more calories to lose the next five! This is super difficult when you’re already at a calorie deficit. I suggest that you give yourself some time to adjust to your new weight. Eat at maintenance for a month, not a deficit. You should not regain any weight if you are doing the math correctly. Then, once you stabilize cut those calories and add some exercise. Get back under the TDEE and you’ll lose the last 5.
