Night Shift and OMAD

I work nights and its just hard to come up with a good time to eat.
I used to work days, eating dinner then going to bed later on was perfect.

Now its just rough. I’m struggling to stick to a schedule.

does anyone have any tips? would it be better to eat early in the morning before I sleep, after work?
should i stick to the same schedule as before and eat before I work?

in the last 6 months on this new schedule i have gained a lot of weight, i just need some help to focus i suppose.

just because you work nights doesn’t change dinner.

dinner is usually after work and a few hours before bed….so just eat then.

or eat dinner and breakfast ….just split the total calories between the two meals.
