Hi there currently on my day 3 of 18:6 basically starting 6pm I fast ‘til 12 pm now my new job is incoming nightshift in coming week should I reversed the schedule? Or should I stick on what I currently have or any suggestions please thanks a lot
I just started night shift temporarily, and I had stopped fasting because I was needing to eat to stay awake. Now that my body’s used to staying awake through the night, I find that eating from 8pm-2am works well for me, and sleeping from about 8am to 4pm.
