yesterday i finished my first 3 day fast and had chicken parm to break it, today i was expecting my hunger to return to normal but i haven’t been hungry at all, should i wait untill i’m actually hungry or just eat now?
I had this happen a couple of times, I would give it some time and always take it slow with your first meal. Do not overdo it, protein can be a tough first meal, if you feel you need protein, try eggs or if not salads work great (thats my go to for breaking extended fasts) then work up to the chicken parm.
