I’ve read that this can be super personal & depends on many factors - when you ate last, how much you ate, where your current blood sugar levels are, etc. I know some people measure their own glucose levels to really see what breaks or doesn’t break their fast. In terms of what’s easiest & safest to tell the majority - it would be a “no”. :)
