Ingredients like lentils and beans (canned or dry) are great. Dry grains like quinoa, tef, oats… are all good to pair with them as well since they are stored dry. If you have a freezer separate from the fridge, frozen edamame and peas is a great combo too! If ur (likely) not vegan like me, you can also buy canned seafood and poultry products as your protein source. And final thought, maybe a good protein powder for shakes combined with fruits that hold up at room temp like oranges, apples, banana, and made with water as opposed to milk.

Sardines! But not the super cheap ones, those can be rough. I get the ones at Trader Joe’s that are about 250 a tin. Put those in a salad with some good dressing and it’s quite nice. Plus I think they have more omega threes than tunafish.
