It has simplified my life so much. I don’t have to remember to prep and pack anything, or leave time to go buy anything during the workday. I don’t have to worry if I don’t get a chance to take a break until after the on-site cafeteria closes. I can just take an hour break whenever it’s convenient, go take a walk outside and relax.
It’s been a month. My weight dropped the first week, then stayed constant the next three weeks. I go to the gym twice a week, and do 20:4 with black coffee without sugar, and ate around 1700 during the break. My TDEE is 2,775. I am feeling down and now trying to find the positives to continue this practice

I’ve been doing 5-2s so twice a week I eat very little to nothing. It is actually pretty nice to not have to think about ANY meals and then on the other days not have to think about dieting. On the other days, left to my own devices, I eat around 2000 calories. So my weekly average is in a deficit. I feel like my stress being down about food makes me lose even more weight
