I’m mostly interested in the health benefits of fasting and the potential for Autophagy. I have been dabbling with the 16/8 to get my feet wet, but I’m wondering if doing 24hr or 36 hr fasts monthly might be more beneficial than daily fasting. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
I started fasting 3 weeks agoI’ve done 3 24hr fast went from 183 to 171 so far.I think autophagy prob happens around 24 hrs idk.16-18 hrs seems to soon?Try 24hrs and see if u good.I think you’ll like it and can do it.
