Frst 7 day dry fast went from 220 to 203.
Second 7 day dry/water fast went from 208 (from eating on my 1 day break) to 199lbs but I had reached 203 lbs by the second day so the 208lbs was food weight and after that it only went down to 199lbs by the end of the second 7 day dry fast.
Now on day 4 of my third 7 day dry/water fast and I barely drink water (drank two cups last night) but I am only at198 lbs.
I am doing these 7 day dry fasts back to back with one day of eating in between. I am not sure if this might be the problem? It seems like I am not losing anything and started to even think drinking water might be the problem but people lose at least 1 lbs from water fasting so I am very confused and upset.
If anyone might know why this is happening along with advice on how to stop it, I would be really grateful!!
I don’t know if you have already but if you’re colon is completely flushed out before the fast, it will be easier for the body to break down the fats. I lost about 10 lbs in 3 days. Might be a solution
Check out The Phoenix Protocol on Ytube. You can leave a comment and he may answer you. He doesn’t recommended doing more than 2 extended (7 days) dry fasts a year but multiple 2 and 3 day fasts for weight loss.
Of course, you are not going to lose any weight. Your metabolism and the rate at which you burn fat has significantly slowed down. For example, Water fasters who do 30 days pretty much stop losing anything when they get to day 21. Your body is going to hold onto everything and your metabolism slows a lot. By the time you return to normal eating will be back to your 203.
